Abstract: An adaptive tri-threshold dynamic call admission control scheme for wideband mobile cellular networks is proposed. The relationship between the Channel Utilization and the Weighted Handover Dropping Probability versus traffic loadings are investigated. This scheme supports voice, data and multimedia services with differentiated QoS.
