Precession angle and precession period are significant parameters for identifying space micro-motion targets. To implement high-accuracy estimation of precession parameters without any prior knowledge about structure parameters of the target, a parameters extraction method based on HRRP sequences is proposed. The precession model of cone-shaped targets is established and analyzed firstly. Then the projection position of scattering centers on HRRP induced by precession is indicated to be approximate sinusoidal migration. Sequences of scattering centers are associated by sinusoid extraction algorithm. Precession angle and precession period are estimated utilizing error function optimization at last. Simulation results under various SNR levels based on electromagnetic calculation data demonstrate validity of the proposed method.
Locally repairable codes have recently been applied in distributed storage systems because of their excellent local erasure-correction capability. A locally repairable code is a code with locality r, where each code symbol can be recovered by accessing at most r other code symbols. In this paper, we study the existence and construction of binary cyclic codes with locality 2. An overview of best binary cyclic LRCs with length 7≤n≤87 and locality 2 are summarized here.

The extraction of micro-motion parameters is deeply influenced by the precision of estimation on translational motion parameters. Based on the periodicity of micro-motion, the quadratic polynomial fitting is carried out among range delays to align envelope. The micro-motion component of phase information is eliminated by conjugate multiplication after which the translational motion parameters are estimated. Then the translational motion is precisely compensated through the third order polynomial fitting. Results of simulation demonstrate that the algorithm put forward here can realize the precise compensation for translational motion parameters even under an environment with low signal noise ratio (SNR).
